A little about me:
It all began about 15 years ago...
Well, actually let's go back a little further. My education into the world of real estate began in the mid-1990s when I was studying for my Communications Degree from the University of Calgary which included focus areas of Urban Planning, Business Management and Music. Between semesters in the the summer months I began renovating and 'flipping' older properties. The learning curve was steep. Over a 10 year period of working on homes, I gained a keen knowledge and understanding of virtually every aspect of home construction. In 2004, my career as a Realtor began. Since that time I have been incredibly fortunate to provide advice and to assist hundreds of people and families with all aspects of buying and selling residential real estate in Calgary and surrounding area.
My philosophy has always been a little different. It's based entirely on repeat clients and their referrals. I don't spend my resources advertising. My energy is focused on the clients I'm currently working with. When you are working with me you can expect a versatile hands-on approach tailored to your needs. Whether it's your first time purchasing or your 10th revenue property, my goal is to provide you with the best possible advice and to make the entire process as exciting and painless as possible. For me, there is no better feeling than getting a great deal for a client.
